SMS Terms & Conditions: Alarmion Alerts
1. Program Description
By opting into Alarmion notifications, you are agreeing to receive automated SMS/MMS messages from your Alarmion hardware device and service. These messages include, but are not limited to, device status updates, security alerts, and system notifications.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on user settings and device activity. You will receive alerts only when triggered by your specific device configurations.
3. Opt-Out & Support
- To Stop: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just update your selection in your customer account information. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- To Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can email support@alarmion.com.
4. Cost and Carrier Disclaimer
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Privacy Policy
Alarmion respects your privacy. We will only use the information you provide to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist in the delivery of mobile messages.
